Procurement intake
Send the truck duty and commercial basis. Missing choices can remain open; label them so candidate suppliers respond to the same questions.

Material and density; loaded route; body and hoist; GVWR, GAWR, payload and axle-spacing requirements; quantity; destination; delivery window; inspection and documents. Budget and supplier tier are optional.
The intake is checked for blockers such as an unspecified body basis, a family-level payload target, conflicting axle assumptions, or a missing destination. Questions return to the buyer before outreach when those gaps would produce incomparable quotations. Responses are organized by configuration, included equipment, exclusions, evidence status, price basis, and delivery scope.
Do not send payment-card data, passwords, or unprotected confidential drawings through the initial form. State the document type and arrange a suitable disclosure path if proprietary files are needed. An inquiry does not reserve inventory, approve a factory, create a purchase contract, or establish regulatory eligibility.
Buyers appoint appropriate engineering, inspection, legal, customs, tax, insurance, and registration advisers. AxleDuty Desk coordinates requests and handoffs, while those professionals and the buyer retain acceptance responsibility. Exact FMVSS or EPA applicability must be checked against the quoted model, body, powertrain, vehicle category, and model year.
Use one submission per configuration when body, chassis, axle layout, or destination changes materially. If several units share a common base specification, list the quantity split and identify which options apply to each group. This prevents a supplier from blending unlike units into one price.
